MANILA, Philippines -- A 67-year-old man, who allegedly sexually molested a 9-year-old girl inside his house in Valenzuela City on Monday, was arrested early Tuesday. Initial police investigation showed that the victim was watching television with her three cousins when the suspect sat beside her and touched her private parts. Police said the victim removed the suspect's hands and reported the incident to her mother, who then asked help from officials of Barangay (village) Canumay West.
