LUCENA CITY -- Police shot and killed a drug suspect who reportedly resisted arrest after a buy-bust operation here before midnight Tuesday. Frederick Caalam was shot dead after he drew a .45 caliber pistol and tried to shoot a police officer who was about to arrest him for selling shabu" (crystal meth) to an undercover informant in Barangay Marketview at around 10:20 p.m., Lucena police chief Lt.
