MANILA, Philippines -- Students are exempted from the airport terminal fee starting Thursday, August 1, 2019, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) said. In a memorandum released to the media on Thursday, the CAAP waived the terminal fee for pre-school to college students, including those in trade, arts, technical vocational schools and training centers. Students who intend to avail the exemption must apply for a student exemption certificate at Malasakit Help Desks located in airports. An application form must be filled out and submitted together with a photocopy of a valid school ID and /or school registration/ enrolment form. ...
