MANILA, Philippines --- A party-list lawmaker on Wednesday accused some local chief executives, police officers, and top officials of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) of pocketing remittance from small town lottery (STL) operations that are supposed to be remitted to the PCSO.
