MANILA, Philippines --- President Rodrigo Duterte is "thoroughly" investigating the corruption allegations at the state-run Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), Malacaang said Monday. Presidential spokesperson Salvador Panelo said Duterte had received confirmed reports about "massive corruption" at the PCSO in cahoots with the courts.
