TABACO CITY ---- A woman suspected of peddling drugs was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Tabaco City in Albay province Wednesday afternoon, police said Thursday. A report from the city police said Rowena Candano, 44, of Barangay Cormidal, was arrested after she sold a small sachet containing "shabu" (crystal meth) worth P500 to undercover police at 12:45 p.m. in her village.
