MANILA, Philippines - Health Secretary Francisco Duque III on Monday said he has divested from the family-owned pharmaceutical firm which secured contracts from the Department of Health (DOH) before he assumed his present post.   The Inquirer earlier reported that Doctors Pharmaceutical Inc.
