MANILA, Philippines --- Two weather systems will bring rains in most parts of the country, the state weather bureau said Wednesday. The southwest monsoon, which continues to affect the western section of Luzon, is being enhanced by a tropical depression outside the Philippine area of responsibility, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said. Pangasinan, Zambales and Bataan will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms.
