MANILA, Philippines -- The entire Luzon grid will be placed on yellow alert from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. today, Thursday, July 4, the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) said. The NGCP said the alert status is due to the low electric power reserve.
