Oscar Albayalde said it is up to the court to decide on the credibility of the sedition complaint filed by PNP's Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) against Vice President Leni Robredo and 35 other individuals. "Well, yung sa amin yung pag-file ng kaso the CIDG based on the evidence [that] what was provided ang sinasabi nila credibility ni Bikoy, it is up to the court to decide," Albayalde told reporters in a command post along Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City on Monday.
