MANILA, Philippines - Philippine National Police chief Gen. Oscar Albayalde said it is up to the court to decide on the credibility of the sedition complaint filed by PNP's Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) against Vice President Leni Robredo and 35 other individuals.
