MANILA, Philippines -- Angat Dan's water elevation level decreased slightly Wednesday, even as Metro Manila and nearby provinces experienced scattered rain showers in the last few days. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that Angat Dam's Wednesday water level is at 161.36 meters, down from 161.46 on Tuesday. La Mesa Dam's water level, meanwhile, rose to 73.82 meters from Tuesday's 73.72 meters.
