LEGAZPI CITY ---- Albay province extended the suspension of classes at all levels until Wednesday, while Camarines Sur province also declared class suspension after moderate to heavy rains brought by Tropical Storm "Falcon" threatened to bring floods and landslides, the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) said.
