MANILA, Philippines --- The Civil Service Commission (CSC) on Saturday revealed that latest training programs for government workers will now include financial education. This after the CSC signed a memorandum of agreement with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Banco De Oro (BDO) Foundation on Friday.
