MANILA, Philippines -- A group of transport network vehicle (TNVS) drivers and operators is urging the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) to decide on the implementation of a moratorium on the apprehension of TNVS drivers with incomplete registrations. The Laban TNVS staged a transport caravan protest on Friday from the People's Power Monument going to the LTFRB main office and the House of Representatives, sounding their horns simultaneously in protest.
