MANILA, Philippines - An explosion rocked the facade of a restaurant in Quezon City past midnight Thursday. A witness told operatives from the Kamuning police station that the explosion occurred at around 12:40a.m. in front of the Chung Mi Rae Korean Restaurant along Scout Tuazon Street corner Timog Avenue in Barangay South Triangle. The Quezon City Police District's Explosives Ordnance Disposal team arrived at the scene to investigate. Two parked vehicles in front of the restaurant sustained minor damage.
