ECHAGUE, Philippines -A collision between a tricycle and a motorcycle at Barangay (village) Pag-asa here last Friday left a businessman dead and three others hurt, police said. Police said businessman Manuel Cutaran, 57, died while being rushed to the hospital after his tricycle crashed into the motorcycle being driven by Marcial Cutaran, at a one-way lane near a road construction at 9:20 p.m. It is unclear if the drivers are related. Investigators said both drivers failed to see the worksite which has no warning signs.
