MANILA, Philippines - Manila Mayor Isko Moreno on Tuesday vowed to have his image removed from a food truck serving free hot meals. "Netizens have a point on this one," Moreno admitted on Twitter, adding that he already told the donor of the food truck to remove his name and photo affixed on the vehicle.
