MANILA, Philippines -- The Andres Bonifacio Shrine across the Manila City Hall on Thursday got a makeover a day after Mayor Isko Moreno fumed over the presence of human waste in the heritage site. The cleanup was conducted on orders of Moreno. During Wednesday's inspection around the monument, Moreno said that the heritage site across City Hall has been turned into a public toilet.
