MANILA, Philippines --- A magnitude 4.5 earthquake jolted Surigao Del Norte on Sunday morning, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) reported. Phivolcs said the quake, which was of tectonic origin, was reported at 8:16 a.m. with a depth of 25 kilometers. The quake's epicenter was traced 29 kilometers northwest of the municipality of Burgos.
