    MANILA, Philippines --- "Why are you doing this?"   This is what actor-athlete Matteo Guidicelli asked himself during his first few days in the Scout Ranger Orientation Course.   "Sometimes, especially the first four days, I questioned myself every day, 'Matteo, why are you doing this?
