MANILA, Philippines - Rains are expected in the Ilocos Region and Cordillera Administrative Region on Sunday due to the southwest monsoon, the state weather bureau said. In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) warned the residents of the said regions of possible flash floods and landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains.
