MANILA, Philippines -- Death penalty through lethal injection is enough for drug-related and other heinous crimes, Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Oscar Albayalde said Thursday. Albayalde, however, explained that the means for enforcing capital punishment will "depend on what the law will say."
