MANILA, Philippines --- Police have identified 11 suspected members of the communist New People's Army (NPA) who are believed to be behind the killing of four police officers in Negros Oriental. Philippine National Police (PNP) chief General Oscar Albayalde said the police officers were summarily executed by the NPA.
