MANILA, Philippines -- A Taguig City Hall employee and his live-in partner were shot dead by a lone gunman in Barangay Upper Bicutan Monday night, police said on Tuesday. The Taguig City police identified the victims as Marlo Landreza and his reported live-in partner, Girlie Gacer. A police report stated that a concerned citizen informed the Taguig City Police Community Precinct 2 of a shooting incident at around 9:10 p.m. Monday in front of a clothing store along Maharlika Road.
