MANILA, Philippines -- An executive judge of the Taguig Regional Trial Court (RTC) lost P40,000 in cash and other valuables while working out in a Pasay City gym Tuesday afternoon. Pasay police identified the victim as Hon. Judge Bernard Bernal, 41, executive judge of Taguig City RTC Branch 74. Police said Bernal entered the gym and placed his personal things inside his locker to start his workout session at around 3:45 p.m. After his workout, Bernal returned to his locker and discovered that his items were already missing.
