MANILA, Philippines --- A police officer was shot dead by his reported childhood friend and business partner during a drinking spree in Los Baos City, Laguna. Police Senior M/Sgt. Dominic Doctor, 43, died at around 12:47 a.m. Thursday while being treated at the Los Baos Doctors Hospital and Medical Center, according to a report from the Laguna police.
