MANILA, Philippines - Former Senate Sergeant- at- Arms Jose Balajadia Jr., passed away Sunday morning. Senate President Vicente "Tito" Sotto III confirmed Balajadia's passing in a text message. "Passed away this morning," Sotto said briefly. In another Viber message to reporters, Sotto said Balajadia expired at 2:15 am. "He was suffering from a number of ailments lately.
