MANILA, Philippines - Manila Mayor Isko Moreno ordered the relief of the station commander of the Lawton Police Precinct on Wednesday. Moreno fumed after inspecting the vicinity of Bonifacio Shrine just outside the Manila City Hall and found out that it has turned into the "city's bathroom," with human waste fouling up the area.
