MANILA, Philippines - The Luzon grid was placed under yellow alert anew on Wednesday, the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) said. In a Twitter post, the NGCP said the yellow alert status would be in effect for seven hours, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. https://twitter.com/ngcp_alert/status/1148738734327660545?s=21 A yellow alert is raised when a power grid's power reserve is below the required level, according to the NGCP.
